Associate Case Manager *

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Case Manager is responsible for processing all annuity new business and specific annuity inforce matters for assigned sales consultants/agents. This includes reviewing the application/paperwork once it is received by The Achievement Group (TAG), entering the information into the TAG CRM and forwarding the application/paperwork to insurance carriers. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers and agents to resolve new business matters, thus ensuring a policy is issued/paperwork is processed by the insurance carrier in a timely manner. The position requires extensive data processing in the TAG CRM, as well as interaction with insurance carriers’ representatives, licensed agents and various members of the TAG staff. The Case Manager does not communicate with clients. No certifications, licenses or supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and thoroughly review all annuity new business and specific annuity inforce matters. Enter and update necessary data in the TAG CRM. Work with TAG team members and agents to satisfy missing requirements for new business applications and inforce paperwork. Input sent-direct applications received from agents.

Schedule and perform follow-up activities to obtain new business application and inforce case statuses by calling insurance companies, sending emails or accessing insurance carriers’ websites. Input information into the TAG CRM and notify agents of case statuses, changes, requirements and any pertinent requests or information.

Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning and data entry.

Support TAG in a variety of other duties and responsibilities, as required by management.

Education, Work Experience and Other Requirements

This position prefers a four-year degree or a two-year degree with some work-related experience, along with meticulous organization, speed, diligence, accuracy, initiative, timeliness, attention to detail, professionalism, time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. A strong commitment to a team culture and a positive attitude is required.

Knowledge and Skills

The individual in this role must have a thorough knowledge of how to use the Internet and Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel. This position also requires the ability to operate copiers, scanners and other office technology, along with a capacity to maintain confidentiality and work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Associate *

Job Type: Part-time

Job Summary

The Marketing Associate is responsible for managing and executing engagement programs to maximize web traffic, business, and revenue for The Achievement Group (TAG). They will lead planning, preparation, and implementation of newsletters, email campaigns, and other strategies to drive engagement for TAG. The position requires ongoing reporting to various members of the TAG staff and analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for new strategies to meet goals. The Marketing Associate does not communicate with clients. No certifications, licenses or supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage operations related to marketing campaigns, email programs, newsletters and newsletter-related programs, achieve goals by recommending and planning effective campaign strategies in order to maximize performance, communicate effectively with TAG team to produce newsletter content and deploy newsletters that are of the highest quality, and coordinate efforts with acquisition teams to promote list growth while maintaining list quality.

Monitor metrics to identify trends and provide strategic direction for future campaigns, tests or additional programs, and stay current on industry news and trends that affect email deliverability and conversion rates.

Understand CAN-SPAM and other current and proposed legislation that may impact email programs.

Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning and data entry.

Support TAG in a variety of other duties and responsibilities, as required by management.

Education, Work Experience and Other Requirements

This position prefers a four-year degree or a two-year degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent training and/or experience. Email Marketing and/or experience using an email platform is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. A strong commitment to a team culture and a positive attitude is required, along with meticulous organization, speed, diligence, accuracy, initiative, timeliness, attention to detail, professionalism, time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

Knowledge and Skills

The individual in this role must have a thorough knowledge of how to use the Internet and Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel. A qualified candidate will have experience and knowledge of email marketing programs and CRM systems such as MailChimp, Campaigner, InfusionSoft, and Salesforce. This position also requires the ability to operate copiers, scanners and other office technology, along with a capacity to maintain confidentiality and work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Part-time

Job Summary

The Achievement Group is looking for an enthusiastic person to fill this entry level support role. As the Administrative Assistant, you will perform various support duties and process insurance transactions, such as responding to internal and external requests for information and preparing documents, policy information and files for additional handling by other associates. The Administrative Assistant will follow procedures and apply intermediate-level administrative skills and insurance knowledge that you will obtain through training to accomplish both routine and non-routine tasks and duties. This is an exciting team-based environment where you can utilize your administrative and customer service skills. No certifications, licenses or supervisory responsibilities are required for this position. Job Type: Part-time

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and categorize incoming documents; verify information for accuracy and follow up with others for missing or questionable data; prepare and assemble documents for additional handling by other associates or for distributing to outside contacts.

Enter and retrieve information of varying complexity using computer systems and applications to update records, obtain information for others and respond independently to most questions and problems.

Use intermediate skills and business knowledge to prepare insurance illustrations and correspondence to provide customer service to insurance agents and support efforts to acquire and retain profitable business.

Perform other related support duties as requested, such as answering phones, processing mail, assisting agents, scanning, photocopying and data entry.

Education, Work Experience and Other Requirements

This position prefers a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience, along with meticulous organization, speed, diligence, accuracy, initiative, timeliness, attention to detail, professionalism, time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. A strong commitment to a team culture and a positive attitude is required.
